Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any FG TENNIS session — including adult courses, private lessons, holiday camps, match play, or events — you agree to these Terms & Conditions. FG TENNIS may update these Terms at any time, and the latest version will always be available on our website.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made online via our booking system or through an authorised FG TENNIS coach.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place.

• Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed by FG TENNIS.

• Some courses, camps, or events require a minimum number of participants. If undersubscribed, FG TENNIS reserves the right to cancel and offer either a full refund or transfer.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Group Courses

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date will be refunded (minus a £10 administration fee).

• After this time, no refunds or credits will be issued unless in exceptional cases (e.g., serious illness with medical certificate).

• Once a course has started, missed sessions cannot be refunded or transferred.

Private Lessons

• More than 48 hours’ notice — no charge.

• Within 48 hours — full lesson fee charged.

Holiday Camps & Events

• Places are limited and must be booked in advance.

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the camp/event start date will be refunded (minus a £10 administration fee).

• Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable.

• Once a camp or event has started, missed days/sessions will not be refunded or credited.

4. Weather Policy

• Sessions will continue unless the coach deems the court unsafe due to heavy or continuous rain.

• If cancellation is required, players will be notified at least 1 hour before the session.

• If a session runs beyond half of its scheduled time, it is considered completed.

• In case of cancellation, FG TENNIS will aim to reschedule or offer a credit where possible.

5. Player Levels (Adults)

• Adult courses are offered at different levels: Beginner, Improver, Intermediate, Advanced, and Mixed Improver & Intermediate.

• Players are responsible for selecting the correct level when booking. Coaches may recommend moving a player to a different group if necessary.

• Match Play sessions are only open to Improver, Intermediate, and Advanced players.

6. Children (Holiday Camps & Junior Courses)

Drop-off & Collection

• Children must be signed in at the start of each day and signed out at the end of camp.

• Drop-off and collection must be made promptly at scheduled times.

• Repeated late collection may result in additional fees.

• Written permission is required if a child is allowed to travel home alone.

• Only authorised adults listed on the booking form will be allowed to collect a child.

Medical Conditions & Allergies

• Parents/guardians must inform FG TENNIS of any medical conditions, allergies, or medication needs at the time of booking.

• Children requiring medication (e.g., inhalers, EpiPens) must bring it each day, clearly labelled with their name.

• Coaches cannot administer medication but can supervise children using their own prescribed medication.

• All packed lunches/snacks must be nut-free to protect children with allergies.

Supervision & Behaviour

• All children are supervised by qualified and DBS-checked coaches.

• Children must follow coaches’ instructions for their own safety.

• FG TENNIS reserves the right to remove a child from camp without refund if behaviour is persistently disruptive or unsafe.

Belongings

• Children should bring suitable sports clothing, non-marking trainers, water bottles, and a packed lunch/snacks.

• FG TENNIS is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

7. Health & Safety (All Players)

• Players must inform FG TENNIS of any relevant medical conditions before participating.

• Suitable sports clothing and non-marking footwear must be worn.

• Participation is at the player’s own risk. FG TENNIS accepts no liability for injuries or loss/damage to personal property.

8. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behaviour towards coaches, staff, and other participants is required at all times.

• Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from sessions without refund.

9. Photography & Media

• FG TENNIS may occasionally take photos or videos for marketing and promotional use.

• If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in writing at fglondontennis@gmail.com.

10. Agreement to Terms

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
