  • What should I wear to play tennis?
    You should wear comfortable clothes and a pair of tennis shoes – having the wrong ones can hurt your feet and cause injury.
  • How do I know if lessons are cancelled due to bad weather?
    In the event of inclement weather, you must assume the group will go ahead unless you hear otherwise from a member of the coaching team.If the lesson has been cancelled due to bad weather conditions you wil receive a credit.
  • What happens if it starts to rain whilst i'm on court?
    If more than 15 minutes has passed since the start time, no credit or refund will be offered. You can opt to continue to play at your own risk
  • I don't own a racket, can I borrow one?
    Yes you can,tennis rackets are provided if you don't have one.
  • Can you restring my racket for me?
    Yes we provide a stringing service, please speak to one of our coaching team and they’ll be happy to help.
  • What is your lesson cancellation policy?
    -If the player notifies the coach 48hrs in advance the session will be not charged. -If the player notifies 48 hours before the session,full amunt of the session wil be charged. -If a lesson has to be cancelled due to weather or other unforseen circumstances the lesson will be postpone.
  • Who are the coaches?
    All our coaches are LTA qualified coaches. All hold a recent Criminal Records check and all hold first aid certificates
  • Do I need to be a member to book a lesson?
    No you don't, non-members are welcome.
  • Can my child go home by him/herselves at the end of the lesson?
    Permission for children to go home alone must be given in writing.It is your responsibility to make sure that you are there to pick your child up on time after their session has finished.
  • How many players will be in a group?
    There will be a maximum ratio of coaches to players of 1:6.
  • Can I sign up my child to the Junior Tennis Programme anytime or do I have to wait until the course is finished?
    YES, you can sign you child up to the course anytime.
  • My child never played tennis before and doesn’t have any equipment. Can he/she still join the Junior Programme?
    Yes she/he can. No experience or equipment needed to join the course.We can always provide your child with a spare racket if needed.
  • What should I bring to my lesson?
    We reccomand you to bring water and your own tennis racket although racket can be provided by the coaches,tennis balls are also provided by the coaches.

  • What is the difference between tennis express and the beginner course?
    -Tennis express is a course aimed at adults who are either new to the game or a little rusty. In these sessions, you'll use specially modified equipment such as slower-bouncing balls and by the end of the course, you will be ready to serve, rally and understand the scoring system -The beginner course is an introductory coaching course for players who want to learn the basics of the game.
  • What happens if I can't make one lesson of the course?
    If you can't make one of the group sessions you need to communicate it to your coach before the course starts and we will try to accomodate you into another class if is possible.
